Having knowledge about the basic concepts related to medical aromatic plants, medicinal and make the definition and classification of aromatic plants, medicinal and be knowledgeable about the history of aromatic herbs, Turkey and the world the importance of medicinal and aromatic plants in the agricultural, medicinal and aromatic plants of secondary products terpenes - Phenolic bileşikler- nitrogenous compounds distinguish from each other, identification of medicinal and aromatic plants with economic value, medical and cultivation of aromatic herbs, medical and treatment of aromatic herbs, endemic medicinal and aromatic plants grown in Turkey, medicinal and aromatic plants, used in food technology, medicinal and aromatic Biotechnological applications in plants
