Objectives of the Course
One of the basic disciplines of microbiology, biology, botany and zoology, constitutes the third branch. The purpose of the general microbiology in the food microbiology, industrial microbiology, and give basic information to be created based on issues of realization of the basic laboratory practices.

5Lack of knowledge on the rules to be complied with microbiology laboratory, laboratory glassware recognition.

Course Contents
Course content and sections of the microbiology, classification and naming of organisms, groups of microorganisms, microbial nutrition and control of micro-organisms are on the agenda. In addition, the use of the microscope laboratory applications, such as media preparation, and basic information is given to inoculation.
