Sampling, sample preparation, principles and application of fundamental food analysis and evaluation of analytical data.

Course Contents
Sampling,storing and preparation for analysis. Determination of humidity, ash, protein, acidity, salt, sugar, water hardness, humdity and dry material in foods. Determination of specific gravity of foods with pycnometer. Determination of density of foods with aerometer.
